How the Treatment Works
During your laser hair reduction treatment, your aesthetician utilizes BBL laser technology to specifically target the pigment within your hair follicles. This treatment is effective only on hairs that are actively in the growth phase. Since not all hair follicles are in this stage simultaneously, multiple sessions are necessary to achieve the best results. Once a hair follicle is effectively destroyed, it ceases to produce hair, resulting in smooth, hair-free skin.

Laser Hair Reduction FAQs
Most patients require between 6 to 8 sessions, scheduled 4 to 6 weeks apart. The precise number of treatments needed varies based on the thickness and density of the hair, as well as the size and location of the area being treated.
This treatment is less effective on red, light blonde, or gray hair but can be performed on all skin tones.
After the treatment, the skin may appear pink and slightly swollen, resembling a mild sunburn, with raised red bumps similar to mosquito bites. These effects typically subside within 72 hours, and the skin will return to its normal state.
Patients often experience a 90% reduction in hair in the treated areas for several years. Following each session, you will notice less hair regrowth, and any hair that does grow back tends to be finer and softer. Once you have completed the recommended number of treatments, your skin will feel smooth and free from unwanted hair. However, certain factors such as medications, hormonal changes, or other conditions may cause some hair to regrow in the treated area over time.
