Medical Spa in Petoskey, MI

Visited the Center for Skin Care to help manage facial sun damage. The technician Kenzie was very knowledgeable and nicely explained everything thoroughly, including the fabulous array of skin care products they sell. As a first time visitor she patiently answered my questions. The BBL procedure takes 7–10 days for recovery so I don't yet know the results but it sure feels and looks like it's working. The office was clean and peaceful with a gorgeous view over Traverse City.

I met with Brooke, who is the "resident expert" in Botox in the Petoskey office. It is a procedure I've had from different providers in the region and out-of-state. From this day forward, I won't go to anyone except Brooke. Why? Her professionalism, her knowledge, her listening skills, and, most important, her total client-centered care. I'm 65, and my face is going south fast. I could have spent a million dollars, but my budget was considerably less to say the least. Brooke didn't sell me. She made sure I received the best outcome, all while honoring my finances. And not only was she gentle, but I walked away without ever needing concealer for bruising. I highly recommend her...and tell her Carol sent you ;-)

Mackenzie is the absolute best! I love my results with BBL and Forever Young. People actually noticed a difference! I can’t wait to try my scheduled hydrafacial and future Halo treatments. My dermatologist sent over a referral and within 48 hours I received a call from Caitlyn. My initial appointment was scheduled over a month out but Caitlyn put me on a cancellation list. Thankfully I received a phone call yesterday from Caitlyn and there was an opening today. I wasn’t in the position to write down the information so she sent me a text within minutes. I was greeted by Brooke when I checked in for my appointment. She was extremely friendly and patient when I was having trouble filling out the paperwork on the tablet since I’m technology challenged!! Stephanie kept the upbeat experience going when we sat down for the consultation. She made me feel extremely comfortable and relaxed with her easy going but informative personality!! Stephanie explained all of my options for treatment and luckily found an available appointment for next week. Thanks again for everything and looking forward to my upcoming appointment!!

I visited with Stephanie for my skin consultation. She was wonderful. Super knowledgeable with all my questions and helpful with guiding me in the right direction for the treatment that would work best for me during my pregnancy. She was able to break down everything for me and explained what was safe during pregnancy! Wonderful place and staff. I had Mackenzie do a treatment on my face for red spots. She did an amazing job. She is so well educated on her treatments and the best care for your skin. Stephanie is AMAZING!!!! She is so knowledgeable & explains things so well. She knows just what treatments to put together to get you the most for your money. As a long time patient/client at this office, I had no doubts I would be happy with my services. The HALO with full face BBL has been on my wish list for 2 years.
